We are the Steidlmayer Real Estate Team, part of Remax Gold, a full service real estate company.  

Thresa Steidlmayer, Realtor, CDPE, HRC and Team Leader of the Steidlmayer Real Estate Team, has built a diverse team of real estate professionals.  The team as a whole, has received numerous recognitions and awards for being a top team both locally and nationally and prides itself in providing elite services to both clients and associates.

The diversity of the team brings the opportunity to not only provide the best but to provide more to clients, such as having seller, buyer, shortsale, REO, property preservation specialized agents and an in office transaction coordinator and marketing expert.

In addition to being affiliates of Sutter Yuba Association of Realtors, the team also include members of World Vision Sponsorship Programs, SPCA, Farm Bureau and Yuba Sutter Historical Society and supporters of the Feather River Men’s Center.
